Right now, the receiver doesn't translate all the things mentioned in https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/otel/compatibility/prometheus_and_openmetrics/#metric-metadata.

As per discussion with @ArthurSens and @perebaj, we should follow the spec and make the receiver compatible. This will be needed for beta promotions
