Localize website

Problem

Group Income is fully-localizable software, and soon will be available in many languages.

However, the homepage for Group Income isn't localized at all.

Solution

Research and investigate the best/easiest way to localize the website, whether by using the localization tools from GI (e.g. i18n component), or by using a third-party library.

Update this project to take advantage of those tool(s) and make it simple for contributors to add localizations for their favorite language.

Please also practice by using an LLM (e.g. Claude) to do some localization of the homepage into your favorite language (e.g. Korean) in order to verify that the localization is working properly and loading correctly for users who have that language as their default language.

This issue has been forgotten for a long time but the recent GI release 2.5 which includes:

Group Income 2.5 now speaks 10 languages!

makes this relevant again. I will come back to this one soon.

Awesome! @SebinSong please let me know if you're able to use the i18n component / L function from GI to do this with the strings utility. We want to turn that into a library anyway so that others can use it in their projects. It will make translating the UI way faster and easier.

@taoeffect astro actually provides its own i18n feature (here).
But it requires us to maintain the same page in different languages as separate files like below:

which is not really great as we would have to update every files when there is a change.

Will probably implement localization using dynamic routing + logics similar to L() function in GI. Will see if strings utility can be useful here as well.
