partners logos on home page

Maybe it is just my opinion, but right now it seems the partner/supporter logos in the home page seem quite "lost"

I think we should highlight it more, or at least make it more clear that these are partners/supporters...
Suggestion move the section to the bottom of the home page, and perhaps write down above it "partners" or something like that? I also think it would not hurt (if the section is at the bottom) to make the logos larger..

I think the partners logos would look much better under the Contribute to OHM yellow banner, just above the footer.
