Title of Your Source Work / Project
NiQuery: Stop searching your neuroimaging datasets. Start testing your hypotheses
Link to SOP / Documentation
https://www.nipreps.org/niquery/
Link to Code Repository
https://github.com/nipreps/niquery
Data Description
No data need to be downloaded to run the code: NiQuery downloads any data available on OpenNeuro following the criteria specified by the user.
Experiments for the abstract were done querying fMRI BOLD data from OpenNeuro. No other data modalities were tested. Extending the tool to query and fetch any modality data can be foreseen as future work.
Data Sharing Possibilities
Fully public dataset (already available)
Link to Data Repository (if shareable)
https://openneuro.org/
Additional Notes on Data Access (optional)
Data are fetched automatically by the package from OpenNeuro.
No other data source repository has been added to the tool. Extending the tool to retrieve BIDS-compatible data hosted by a server supporting GraphQL queries can be foreseen as future work (e.g. by parameterizing the URL that hosts the data).
