How to disable email verification for new users

Does not create new users.
How to disable email verification for new users, does not send verification on the web server with "domain.com".
Would it be possible to create the user without checking anything like the admin user?
The admin user is created normally and I have access to the administration panel.

Which page are you trying to create the user on?

1. register allows you to choose the uni, password and puts the user into the game after succesful registration.

• expects email verification later, manually bypass with Activated checkbox in user management
• use the 'play for free now link' to register

2. reg/new allows fast registration but specific to the universe.

• expects email verification and setting of password through the email before allowing access
• accessed when an unsuccesful login is attempted
