Bundlephobia-like package size history chart

Display (maybe in a popup kinda like downloads history) package size history chart, kind of like on Bundlephobia:

Take advantage of cached package/install size information we already have. Display gray bars - again, similarly to Bundlephobia - for versions we didn't calculate yet and calculate them on demand on click, in order not to flood the server with requests.

I think making it a separate page would be better, similar to how we have /compare page

I can revive #486 if there's any interest, I stopped working on it because of that.

the PR does it completely client-side, but there's nothing stopping us from doing it server-side if that's preferred (only that we'd probably have to make way more bundling operations ahead of time instead of spamming the server for unique combinations)
