Translate to Arabic

Note: you don't need to be on github or anything in order to do this.
You can simply edit these few files and mail them to us.
It's one spreadsheet and a few files:

• save https://raw.githubusercontent.com/no2bio/joinform/no2join/fields-ar.csv edit with excel or soffice and translate the Hebrew stuff to Arabic, and mail me the new csv
• Translate he->ar the html files at https://github.com/no2bio/joinform/tree/no2join/skins/join2ar (it's mainly form.html - the rest have 1-2 sentences or even none).
• translate the 3 sentences at https://github.com/no2bio/joinform/blob/no2join/whatconf_defaults.py#L3
• translate the 5 sentences at https://github.com/no2bio/joinform/blob/no2join/whatconf_defaults.py#L33

Not too hard (if you can read Arabic 😉).
