gitlab-ci-pipelines-exporter: sanitizedConfig removes redis-config

Hi,

while i was trying to get away from bitnami-redis and tested a self-deployed valkey, i noticed the redis.url not showing up in the config.
I can create a PR if needed, just 4 lines in the helper.
