An example of a run that's in the movement phase and there is no ice remaining in front of the runner:

The game is at 4b/c. If the corp has something they want to do (examples: using Charlotte Caçador before a Pinhole Threading would happen; using a Spin Doctor before the runner accesses archives; rezzing Hokusai Grid) they're generally going to want to do it at 4e (in fact if what they want to do involves rezzing something, it's legal at 4e but not legal at 4b) so that the runner is committed to approaching the server and can't jack out (for example maybe a successful run would turn on Measured Response or trigger Méliès U). So the corp should sit there and wait for this message to show up in the chatlog
after which the runner is no longer able to jack out

If you're not aware of this distinction you're opening yourself up to activating some abilities and then having the runner jack out even though they clearly were not going to jack out had you done nothing (nobody makes a run and then just jacks out for no reason). Runners can use this to angle shoot: just wait 5-10 seconds before pressing "Breach server" and hope the corp does whatever they were going to do even though you haven't pressed the button yet. And even as someone who is aware of the distinction, it's annoying to have to sit there staring at the chat waiting for the message to appear.
My request is to provide some sort of indicator near the dialogue box to differentiate between the runner having pressed the "Breach server" button or not. One example idea: "Current Phase: Movement (🔌❔)" and then after the runner presses "Breach server" it changes from "🔌❔" to "➜"
