Is there any tutorial on segmentation pipeline besides the usage of GUI

Thanks @mjirik for such a good package.
I am processing medical images from hundreds of patients, GUI is great for a single patient but is not suitable for this task, is there any tutorial about segmengtation in a python script?

Lisa can be used from without GUI. There is no tutorial. Our unit test can be used as an example.
