windows terminal preview: open windows from a previous session (in admin mode)

I want to contact support of Widnows Terminal preview, because I encounter a bug ( I also wrote about it on the stack overflow page ).

In the windows terminal preview, there is an option: "open windows from a previous session". But for some reason, it doesn't work in administrator mode. I'm looking for a solution: how to fix it.

This is something that the Terminal didn't support in 1.12, it should be fixed in 1.13. See #11222 for the PR where this is fixed.

I tried to understand what's going on in #11222, but it's out of my reach. Can you tell me, does it will be updated in a new version of Windows Terminal Preview? Or how to implement this feature without diving too deep into details?

This should have been released it Preview v1.13.10336.0. What preview build are you on?
