support XDG Base Directory Specification #124

having a .VSTeamServicesAuthPlugin created in my home directory eveytime i git push is really annoying.
just follow $XDG_(CACHE or CONFIG ?)_HOME and put file here if the variable is set would be perfect.
otherwise this package is amazing 👍
