New major release - feature release

• drop support for Node.js pre-6.0 pre-8.0 / pre-10.0 - likely in a new engines field in package.json (PR [DRAFT MAJOR WIP] Add Node.js engines field which drops old Node.js versions #443)
• update coffeescript and some other dependencies entries
• check for any features in Jasmine2.0 branch (release 2.x) and include if needed or wanted and practical

This should probably be release 3 release 4 (release 3 was made to resolve vulnerability; existing release 2 in Jasmine2.0 branch both has new features and is outdated)

I will do this upon sufficient demand (note that this project was already marked to be in "maintenance mode").
