Better spit up non-energy use in Final Energy [by Sector]|Natural Gas

Current implementation

• Final Energy [by Sector]|Industry is defined as "Energy consumption by the industrial sector excluding non-energy use (e.g.feedstocks) excluding transmission/distribution losses"
• Current implementation does not really distinguish between energy use and non-energy use
• Current value is about 50% too high.

Issue to implement

• distinguish between energy use and non energy use in industry sector
• use config input wherever needed
• stick to the implementation in export_adriane_variables.
