the main class needs new parameters for creating iax and sip registry entries through hiera

the parameter should permit plaintext passwords but automatically convert them to Sensitive.

I've implemented this in 5fad22c but I forgot to change the data structure to convert passwords to Sensitive so it might not work really great for now.
