fix(scores): update stale casts and export ExperimentScoreType

Update cast(Literal["CATEGORICAL"], ...) to include "TEXT" in
score/score_trace/score_current_span/score_current_trace impl bodies.
Add ExperimentScoreType to __all__ in types.py.
