When the device is in grey scale mode, you can not tell if you are following a bill. Typically this is indicated by changing the star in the navigation bar from grey to blue, but in grey scale there is no visual difference between the two states. I don't think this creates an issue with color blind users. From what I can tell all types of colorblindness allow seeing of the color blue. AFIK this is only an issue for people who have grey scale mode turn on when they are going to bed and want to do some late night bill reading from bed. 🤷
