Allow re-committing during the commit period

This arises from the #2531 review, which in the new confirmation modal tells the user this action cannot be undone.
However, this does not correspond to the contract behavior for commit + reveal schemes. In the Court app, we indeed do not offer the option to re-commit, but a sophisticated user could do it by interacting with the contract itself, provided the case is in the appropriate period. Should the court adapt to this reality (i.e., offer the option to re-commit)?
