During download, notification bar keeps blinking

Kiwix has 3 différents icon in the notification bar during download!

@kelson42 I agree this issue exists, and I did some investigation.

The flickering happens because the download progress updates very frequently, causing Android to trigger a visual status bar alert on every progress update. We can fix this by adding setOnlyAlertOnce(true) to the notification builder so that progress updates happen silently after the initial notification.

Regarding the three notification icons, they appear because we currently have one foreground service notification (Kiwix icon) and two notifications from the Fetch download library (the download progress notification and its group summary).

Since the foreground service notification is required to keep the download alive in the background, we can't remove it completely, but we can set its channel importance to IMPORTANCE_MIN to hide the Kiwix icon from the status bar. Combining this with hiding the extra group summary notification from Fetch will ensure that users only see a single, clean download progress icon in their status bar.

@harshsomankar123-tech I agree with your whole point. But for this point. We can set the download icon instead of the Kiwix icon. There is text showing "Kiwix", so the user knows this notification is for the Kiwix app. By using this, it will become similar to the fetch icon. @ibrahim-iqbal made this change in #5005. Apart from this, we can make the other part of your comment as well.
