We are looking for large Quarto, R Markdown, or Pandoc websites, blogs, or books for smoke testing

We are currently running weekly smoke-tests for idempotency and losslessness on some repos that contain markdown, Quarto, Pandoc, or R Markdown sources. But I would like to expand this list, so if you know of any (including your own!) repos that would be suitable targets, then I'd be happy if you could mention them here (or even file a PR to include them).
