How should we normalize the caption prefix? (Table: vs :)

How should Panache normalize the caption prefix? Users can specify table:, Table:, or :, but we normalize it to Table: right now.

I do not want to preserve user choice here and table" is out of the question.

Table:

Arguments For

• Clearly indicates that this is a table caption
• Gives good alignment with what LaTeX (PDF) output will give, which is often a "Table:" prefix.

• Language-agnostic. Table: Det här är en tabell som visar blablabla. looks quite strange.
• Takes up less space
• Avoids ambiguity with a regular line starting with Table:
• This is how Pandoc normalizes table captions
• Better alignment with HTML output, which often does not include a Table prefix.

Automatic

Default to Table: if document language is english, otherwise use :.

• Possibly captures the best of two worlds? But more complicated programmatically.

I decided to go with : in the end. I thought making it automatic based on language seemed to cute and didn't like the fact that one would get multiple scattered diffs throughout a document only by changing language. Change in 618326a
