loading Lahman data is not working

Hello, it seems we cannot access to lahman data using this API. Both two location in lahman.md seems deprecated.

See the discussion in #391. I don't think Lahman exports are supported in this repository anymore.

There are two separate open pull request resolving this issue

Both PRs have been open for over a year meaning Lahman has not been working for over a year.

1. fixed lahman.py; added test_lahman.py #449

2. Fix the Lahman Database Scraping #434

Also Lahman is now hosted at https://sabr.app.box.com/s/xj9hia4lpuqae4j62m42kkmcxv5m3a5z
so we do not and should not host our own
