Docker instructions for Debian

Yesterday I installed Docker (with Powerwall-Dashboard) on a new device running Debian Trixie. Since the Ubuntu or Raspberry Pi commands would not work, I (with AI help) created a new Debian command list.

Can Sam check this and add to the Docker instructions?

The install block below was created on Trixie (v13) and may not work on earlier Debian versions.

@JonMurphy — great work on this! Clean, well-structured, and the exit note about the newgrp uid:gid mismatch is a genuinely useful addition that catches a real gotcha.

I compared your Debian block against the existing Ubuntu section — the only meaningful differences are exactly what they should be:

• Docker GPG key and apt repo point at download.docker.com/linux/debian instead of /ubuntu
• Everything else (install steps, docker group, systemctl enable, Powerwall-Dashboard clone + setup) is identical

One small note: the VERSION_CODENAME approach (. /etc/os-release && echo "$VERSION_CODENAME") will correctly resolve to trixie on Debian 13, which matches Docker's repo structure. This is the same pattern Ubuntu uses, so it's consistent.

For earlier Debian versions (Bullseye, Bookworm), the only thing that changes is the codename — Docker's repo supports them all. Your note about Trixie is accurate but the instructions should work broadly.

I'll get a PR up to add this to tools/DOCKER.md between the Ubuntu and MacOS sections.
