Unintended windows switching due to a lack of delay #1858

Description

@laptop-laptop

Describe the bug
Switching between windows is too fast. For example, I have one application (browser) on the left and another application (Excel) on the right. Mouse cursor was on the right window. When I tried to go to the menu bar items on the top left, the menu bar switched to that of the application (browser) on the left as I dragged the mouse cursor diagonally from the right of the screen to the top left.

Any applications

To Reproduce
Please refer to above

Expected behavior
Behave like the stock MacOS but autofocus with a delay would be nice.

Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Versions:

  • macOS: Tahoe
  • Amethyst: 0.24.3 (129)

Debug Info

$ /Applications/Amethyst.app/Contents/MacOS/Amethyst --debug-info [--include-apps]

Note: --include-apps will list your manageable applications, but is optional if you don't want to list that.

Additional context
I read that Amethyst does not allow the users to adjust the delay between autofocus. I installed AutoRaise but even I set the "Delay window raise for 1000 ms", it is still the same. Issuing "echo 2 > ~/AutoRaise.delay" also has no effect.
