Backup does not include content of addons folder

Describe the issue you are experiencing

Even if the setting backup all apps is selected the backup includes the container and addon/app settings which means after a restore of the app I'm able to run the app with all configuration settings preserved. I get a repair warning: Installed app is removed from repository. After a full backup, full restore it turns out the addons folder is empty.
