Not sure when this started, but the individual clusterfuzz issues (https://oss-fuzz.com/testcase-detail/XXX) are no longer properly linking back to the issue tracker.
Instead it shows Failed to file issue due to exception: <HttpError 400 when requesting https://issuetracker.googleapis.com/v1/issues?templateOptions.applyTemplate=true&alt=json returned "Request contains an invalid argument.". Details: "Request contains an invalid argument.">
Ex: Latest gstreamer testcase was created June 21st, but earliest available is June 16th.
This also means we never get any emails regarding new issues.
