Currently in GLPI 11.0.5, display columns are configured globally (Vista Global or Vista Personal) and apply to all saved searches equally. There is no way to define specific columns for each individual saved search.
This is a significant limitation when building a catalog of public saved searches for a team. Each search has a different purpose and would benefit from showing only the relevant columns — for example:
Forcing all searches to share the same column set either clutters the view with irrelevant columns or hides useful information depending on which search is active.
Requested improvement: Allow saving a specific set of display columns as part of each saved search configuration, so that when a saved search is executed, it also applies its own column layout.
This would make saved searches a much more powerful tool for team-wide reporting and daily operations.
Confirmed as not currently possible by moderator cconard96 on the GLPI forum (forum.glpi-project.org).
