ComparePerformance: fix crash in RTJO mode

With `--dynamic-join-order-mode=all`, both `first` and `second` are
undefined, leading to a crash. Until RTJO mode gets proper tuple
counting, this change prevents a crash when unfurling the steps of a
predicate.
