The `--tools` flag doesn't do anything

I was hoping to be able to restrict allowed tools (mainly disable web search) and saw that flag, but it doesn't appear to do anything. It would be nice to have this à la Pi.

It must be a bug, as it worked a couple of releases ago, I will look into it.

In the meantime, web search and web fetch can be easily disabled in the config file,as they are managed by the Exa MCP: Im on my phone so I might not remember the exact field (you can check docs/CONFIG.md), but it should be "enable_exa_mcp = false".
