GUI Support for Assigning Permissions When Creating User Groups

Hi Redash team,

Currently, when creating a new user group, permissions (data source access, query access, etc.) need to be configured manually after the group is created. It would greatly improve usability if permissions could be assigned during the group creation process via the GUI.

This feature would streamline access control management and reduce the likelihood of configuration mistakes.
