Update RPC to display full addresses (including prefix)

For compatibility with other nodes's RPC interface, please update the API to display the entire address including bitcoincash: prefix for functions such as "getrawtransaction".

While the UI spec suggests the prefix be optional, I think it would be more canonical to display the full address when dealing with RPC.
