System > Data Import missing in IceHRM Open Source

Hi there! :) Thanks for an awesome app.

We want to import bulk employee data via CSV. However, "Data Import" doesn't seem to be under the "System" module, as explained in some of the how-to docs. From this old issue, it seemed that Data Import was once part of Open Source. Is it now only available with Pro? The solution in the old issue also has disappeared! :P
