Saving NVDocuments locally works reasonably well, but there are many more options when saving to the backend
- There should be an option to embed the data directly in the document or reference it by URL (currently only references by URL)
- The interface to reference elements via URL should be rethought and made friendlier
- currently you don't prepend data to the .nvd location but you do to element's location
- Add the ability to also save meshes and overlays
- Currently save/download is greyed out if no volumes exist
- Rethink the UI for load/save/download NVDocuments now that we have a vol and mesh tabs
