Improvements to README-ID.md Translation

Hello Maintainers,

I would like to propose improvements to the README-ID.md file to enhance its completeness and accuracy. Specifically, I have made the following changes:

1. Added "Program open source untuk diikutsertai" Table of Contents:

   • In the original README.md (English version), there is a new table of contents: "Open Source Programs to Participate In".
   • This section was missing in the README-ID.md file, which I have now added to provide Indonesian readers with comprehensive information.

2. Added Explanatory Descriptions to Table of Contents Entries:

   • Following the format of the original README.md, I have added explanatory descriptions using "> explanation" for each table of contents entry.
   • This addition makes the Indonesian translation more informative and user-friendly.

I have created a pull request #1021 with these improvements. I believe that these changes will make README-ID.md more complete and accessible for Indonesian contributors.
