The margin is not centered on Skills page

Describe the bug
The margin at center dividing the two columns is shifted right.

Expected Behaviour
The margin should be aligned to the center.

Steps to reproduce it

1. Go to chatbot
2. Click on SUSI icon to go to the skills page
3. See error
