Disabled mailboxes 5xx or 4xx?

I see that since Yesterday emails to a disabled mailbox give a 4xx error instead of the usual 5xx, is it correct?
Shouldn't be better to give an immediate permanent failure and avoid retries from the sender and delays in the delivery error reply?

choose the error code from the dropdown in the UI (edit alias), you can pick 4xx or 5xx

You are right, i had an older alias using 5xx and another alias using 4xx, i forgot to set it.👍👍
