[fix] Dates don't appear properly in the diagrams' tooltips at My Account » Analytics page

Description: There are 3 diagrams at My Account » Analytics page and 2 of them don't show the dates properly in the tooltips when I move my cursor over the diagrams. Check the following srceenshots: link, link

Actual behavior

• Inbound Deliverability: Not OK because only year and month can be seen.
• Outbound Deliverability: Not OK because only year and month can be seen.
• Bounces by Category: OK

Expected behavior

All 3 diagrams' tooltips should show the year, month and day too.

Reproduction

1. Go to My Account » Analytics page: https://forwardemail.net/en/my-account/analytics
2. Move your cursor over the diagram of Inbound Deliverability.
3. Check the date in the tooltip.
