Roadmap of features to add to A5.

If you feel like contributing, please open an Issue outlining how you would tackle a feature so we can discuss!

At this stage, this is acting more as a rough todo list so ideas don't get lost, rather than a commitment to delivering features

Required for v1

• Fix lonLatToCell (currently broken, see: [WIP] Use set list of fixed places in cell.test.ts #24)
• Integrate authalic transform
• Verify area warping is optimal mathematical solution to satisfy OGC Equal Area criterion (max area less than 1% more than average)
