getting this error on reverse mode

This means the channel is unavailable. 404 is provider response which means not found.
This is not a m3u-filter error,

am also seeing some of this [2025-01-28T07:27:05Z ERROR m3u_filter::api::xtream_api] Failed to read xtream item for stream id 75026 and also hold let me enable debugging

Did you try it after testing it. Sometimes provider channels are unavailable for a short time, then they get availablr. When i request a stream and get 404 i cant do anything , except there is another reason why the provider responded 404. But i cant know this.

am getting this errors with most of my provider but not with all

What for an agent did you try? Some providers do only respond to specific agents. With Agent i mean the User-Agent header
