Feature request: Dynamically switch sources based on network conditions

Great program. I suggest adding a feature of dynamically switching between streams in low connectivity conditions. Usually to a mono stream at half the bitrate. The "endpoints" list is then treated as an ordered list with the stereo stream first and the mono second. When network conditions improve, attempt to tune back to the stereo stream. This is like how a real FM radio switches to mono when the signal becomes weak.

This is an interesting feature. Thinking that it can be done by storing a rolling average bitrate for the current connection that's calculated after each streaming chunk is returned. Also, each stream would contain it's own calculated bitrate needed for real-time playback.

Given a list of streams is in a list ordered from highest to lowest bitrate where n is the stream index:

1. Set n to 0
2. Switch to stream n
3. Wait to gather network bandwidth and stream bitrate, possibly some debouncing logic, Once enough data is collected, proceed.
   • Use burst on connection speed, and possibly a few chunks from there
4. For each chunk of data returned from the endpoint
   • Update the network bandwidth rolling average
   • Update the stream bitrate average, possibly weighted on max bitrate
   • Check if bandwidth is enough for the stream bitrate
     • If there is existing stream bitrate information
     • If the bandwidth is just below the stream bitrate, i.e. bitrate good
       • go to 4.
     • If the bandwidth is higher or lower than the stream bitrate
       • set n to the stream with bandwidth that is closest to, but still less than the measured bandwidth
       • go to 2.
   • If there is not existing stream bitrate information
     • If the bandwidth is just below the stream bitrate, i.e. bitrate good
       • go to 4.
     • If the bandwidth average bitrate is lower than the current stream bitrate
       • increment n, go to 2.
     • If the bandwidth average bitrate is higher than the current stream bitrate
       • decrement n, go to 2.
