i am trying to run this locally to facilitate development.
I could generate the clone on my own github: https://github.com/joanllobera/chulapatest2
I also managed to generate the gem bundle locally.
The bundle instruction seems to work.

However, when I run jekyll serve it complains:
Liquid Exception: Could not locate the included file 'components/navbeforeafter.html' in any of ["/LOCALPATH/chulapatest2/_includes"].

What am I doing wrong?

I think you cloned the dev repository (i.e dieghernan/chulapa) instead of the boilerplate.

Please try cloning this one instead https://github.com/dieghernan/chulapa-101/

This worked better, thanks.
To run locally I did:

- clone the repository https://github.com/dieghernan/chulapa-101/
- follow the instructions in the gemfile section
- tried to run with bundle exec jekyll serve and failed

Error: Liquid Exception: Could not locate the included file 'search/fusejs.html'

• remove the search engine option in _config.yml
  Now it looks like:

provider : #fusejs #Select a provider for enable search: lunr, algolia, simplesearch, fusejs

• then i ran again the bundle exec jekyll serve` and it worked to run locally
