US02: Plain English Interaction

As a normal Slack user, I wish to interact with the bot in plain English to be able to access its features.

Acceptance criteria

• When I message or mention the bot with a command, I should be able to execute a command without having to repeat myself.
• When I reply to the bot after I’ve been asked a question, I should be able to respond naturally, without having to say something specific.
• When I execute a command that requires multiple steps of a conversation in a channel, I should receive a mention when the bot replies to what I’ve said.
• When I execute a command in a private message, I should not receive a mention from the bot.
