Implement project_point() and unproject_point()

CML1 has [point projection functions](https://github.com/demianmnave/CML1/blob/master/cml/mathlib/projection.h) that should be implemented here in CML2. In addition to being useful, it will ensure test coverage of the matrix concatenation functions that need to be fixed in #38.
