Replace the \inputminted[firstline=…,lastline=…] presentation of example
programs with noweb chunks by converting each deck's contents.tex to
contents.nw, per steps 1–2 of the per-deck workflow in the tracking issue.
The examples/*.py files become tangled artifacts of the deck source.

around the former line-range excerpts usually needs light editing since
chunk names now carry part of the narration.
