Enable POST requests to input more complex shapes and add WBT to the accepted formats.

The text input accepting WKT, GeoJSON etc is nice - ideally for API use, it would be great if these could be passed as a POST request body, and definitely WBT should be there if possible.

I am not familiar with WBT, do you mean WKB? If so, supporting WKB is a very feasible change. Feel free to submit a PR.

Since bboxfinder is hosted via static pages, enabling POST would require an architecture rewrite. It could be done, but more feasible to fork than wait for it to happen here.
