Add no-identity option which will automatically remove card-identifying information

The option '-no-identity' will anonymize card-identifying information (ATR, CPLC, GPDATA...) to enable collection of data without need for post-anonymization of the result.

Useful for debugging issues with jcalgtest in scenario, when full card information cannot be shared by a card owner.
