OpenRelated in aurelia 2 vscode extension not working

I have the latest as of now version installed. I have restarted the vs code windows, but alt+o says "no related aurelia file found". My files differ by extension only.

Extension 0.4.4
VS Code 1.113.0
Windows 11 WSL

No reason in particular, I just looked at what other extensions did. r is probably better as it sits closer to the ctrl key. Will change it in next release

Yes., file names are convention based. For instance src/renderer/src/views/home.ts and src/renderer/src/views/home.html is not working.
