got the following error :

The x509 is ultimatly signed by Internet Security Research Group, (ISRG Root X1), a Let's Encrypt certificate.

Firefox-esr verified this certificate with no alert.

This is a server misconfiguration. Both curl and OpenSSL reproduce the same verification failure for me.
