Feature Request - Pandanet a possibility?

Wondering if linking wqhub to Pandanet is a possibility? Or is there a problem with the Canadian byo-yomi?

Some progress has been made in #112, though I believe there's a good deal more to go. Integrating a server is a large project (speaking from experience!)

It's not a hard blocker, but WeiqiHub doesn't yet have time controls outside of standard Byo.

Did some research on the IGS protocol for a different project and figured the findings might be useful here.

Connection: Raw telnet to igs.joyjoy.net:6969, line-based text. Send toggle client true after login to get machine-parseable responses where every line is prefixed with a numeric message code.

Key message codes: 15 (moves), 20 (score/result), 22 (board status), 9 (info/match requests), 49 (stone removal in scoring), 28 (undo)

Key commands: match, pass, resign, done, undo, observe, moves, status

Move format (code 15):

15 Game 42 I: death (4 4629 -1) vs Bob (2 4486 -1)
15   1(B): B5
15   2(W): D16

Coordinates are letter+number, skipping I (A-H then J-T). Notable: Panda has no server-side clock.
