Distinguish editor volumes

In the author list, it would be nice to color the background of entries where the author is an editor. The reason I want this is so that I can skip over them more quickly, e.g.,

I'm not convinced the benefit of this is worth the visual complexity.

I'm reluctant to use color-coding for a relatively infrequent meaning. What about an icon e.g.

It's clearly not urgent. I don't care particularly to have color as to have some kind of visual distinction. fa-book is fine.

What about simply "Eds." before the list of names?

We may want to defer working on this until the front matter updates are done.

"Eds." would also be fine. I think it's a step forward and is also minimal.

If "Eds." or similar, I'd try wrapping it in a badge.

What about (additionally/alternatively) italicizing the volume title? In analogy to how volume titles are normally italicized in citations.
